Partner Coaching (specific to organizations with co-owners)

Partnerships, like a marriage, have 3 components – both of the individuals involved plus the company itself. This triangular configuration can be a source of strength for the business. (You remember from high school geometry how stable a triangle is.) But without open, effective communication, some elements critical to success can be overlooked or mishandled.

MasterMind Group Coaching

In his book “Think & Grow Rich,” Napoleon Hill defined the Mastermind principle as: "The coordination of knowledge and effort of two or more people, who work toward a definite purpose, in the spirit of harmony."

Group coaching leverages the power, knowledge and experience of the collective members to bring forth solutions that often escape us when we’re working out a challenge on our own. There are several group options:

YP Group - Young Presidents
This is a peer group experience for emerging entrepreneurs/business owners just starting out with revenues up to about $1.5mm. These groups are dynamic and each has a unique flavor derived from the various participants. The topics are customized to fit the members’ interests and immediate goals. Your group will meet via conference call for 45 minutes, twice each month. To ensure nothing gets dropped, the call can run an additional 15 minutes to wrap-up an unfinished topic.

From the first session, you will:

Recognize you’re not alone in experiencing the ups and downs of growing a new business.

Share insights and solutions to challenges you’re facing.

Receive suggestions and encouragement from peer business owners to assist you with real-time challenges.
